Stefan Schmit joins the Pensacola Expert Panel for Boat Smart presented by Key Marine. Students also learned how to trouble a faulty circuit. Pro Tip: If you have a fuse or a breaker that's continually tripping, it's usually the fault of a component in the circuit - stepping up to a larger fuse is not usually the right answer. Stefan also answers a listener's question about buying an older used boat that's been sitting for a period of time.
