With nearly 40 years of experience in policy holder advocacy, Mike Rump of Continental Public Adjusters joins the Pensacola Expert Panel to discuss the importance of knowing which entities have the ability to present an insurance claim: The policy holder (aka you), a licensed public adjuster (like Mike and his team), or an attorney. Which one should it be? It depends on your claim - but no matter what, be wary of anyone asking you to sign over your Assignment of Benefits which takes the final say-so of the settlement out of your hands.
