06/12/24 - Santa Rosa County Update

Ginny Hinton (Family and Consumer Sciences Agent for UF Extension Office) joins the Pensacola Expert Panel to highlight the educational programs and services offered by our local extension office.  Blueberries are in season and they offer many health benefits.  You can learn how to preserve this super fruit and others at the canning class on Saturday June 22nd from 10am-12:30pm.  Staying hydrated during the hot summer months is crucial and contrary to popular belief, coffee and tea offer limited hydration when you avoid adding sugar.  Check out the Santa Rosa County extension service on Facebook for the latest events and news.
