Chief Deputy Randy Tifft joins Angela Nandin (Emerald Coast Exceptional Families) and Rep. Michelle Salzman on the Pensacola Expert Panel to highlight the SAFE Program, which is a means for allowing better communication between Santa Rosa County Emergency Responders and residents with special needs, or other disabilities, regarding critical information before an emergency occurs.
