Michelle Salzman on the Pensacola Expert Panel to highlight the SAFE Program, which is a means for allowing better communication between Santa Rosa County Emergency Responders and residents with special needs, or other disabilities, regarding critical information before an emergency occurs. The SAFE Act was just passed for the state of Florida and the goal is nationwide implementation of this program.
