04/29/24 - NAS Pensacola

Bruce Cummins (Public Affairs Officer) and Steve Opalenik (Community Planning Liaison) join the Pensacola Expert Panel to discuss current news and events at Naval Air Station Pensacola.  A new digital sign is being erected at the West Gate to welcome visitors with traffic and event information.  NAS is working with Escambia County in the Living Shoreline Partnership Initiative.  Navy Days celebration is quickly approaching.  What is encroachment?  How does the planning process work around the naval base?
